The San Lorenzo market is my second home. I had a cooking school infront of the market for 20 years. It’s a really vibrant neighborhood.
We will explore the neighborhood with tastings both inside and outside of the market. Pastry shops, coffee bars, wine bars and also some artisans.
These are private tours and I customize them for you. If you have already toured the Mercato Centrale, we can tour the Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio on the other side of town.

Tour Notes
We meet near the train station to begin our 3 hour tour.
What to expect:
- History of the mercato and the neighborhood
