It’s been a long haul. Finally am back teaching and running my culinary weeklong programs! Great week to start as we had a huge heatwave!
I couldn’t do the grilled steak meat at Dario Cecchini’s in Panzano, but we did hit the panino truck he has down the street.
It’s been great to finally be back touring and visiting all my friends. Saved by the A/C in the car and when we cooked the A/C in the house! But my motto is “push through” and we did! When it’s so hot.. it’s easy to eat here with little effort. We did cook real recipes for the week, but on my time off, it’s simple and cool all the way!

Then on Eat Like an Italian, I talked about some recent health challenges and how (under supervision) I incorporated a healthy diet into my over treatment plan. Check them out!
I am amazed how we all made it through the pandemic…. and sad at who did not.
