I am so THERE!

March 31, 2007 by Divina Cucina

Besides being cute…. useful!

In my classes one of the hardest things to teach is Trussing, tieing off rolled meats etc.
I can’t wait to get my hands on these FOODLOOPS

But has anyone actually seen them or used them, I can’t find where to order them.

I saw them at Sur La Table in the US.

I would imagine they might also have them in any kind of store that specializes in tying things up. I can take a look next time I’m back in San Francisco! (And I know just where to look…)

Yes, I have them, I use them, and they work great. Most often, I use then for trussing the legs of a roast chicken. They also work great for securing souffle collars. No end of uses, really.

Originally from California; Tuscany has been my home since 1984. I found the city of Florence to hold all my passions, food, wine, art all in one place. When I am not in Tuscany, I am often found in Sicily, my other favorite place to be. Always searching for recipes to share and exploring for the guides I write to my favorite cities for food and wine.
